Right of Withdrawal 
 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. In the case of a contract consisting of several separately-delivered goods that you ordered as part of a single purchase order, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier) take possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH, Dorfstrasse 46, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, info@sca-shop.at, +43 5446 2796) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed/indicated, the goods are delivered without any delay and not later than 30 days after the contract has been entered. All goods are shipped only after full payment has been made.

Prices, Payment, Reservation of Proprietary Rights
All prices shown in our online store are in EURO and include the respective statutory VAT rates. Additional delivery and shipping costs are stated in the offer separately. Before the order is finalised, you receive an overview of the total costs including all additional fees. The consumer has to bear the shipping costs as well as possible bank and customs fees.

The shipping costs to be paid by the consumer will be clearly specified before the consumer finalises the order. Starting from a value order of € 100 (including VAT), the shipping is free of charge. If the total costs to be paid by the consumer remain below this threshold due to a withdrawal from the contract (s. point 4), the consumer still has to bear the regular shipping costs. In the course of the reimbursement of the compensation elements, these can be retained or demanded later by the Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH (compensation).

The consumer can pay by prepayment or PayPal. The payment of the purchase price, the shipping costs and other fees expressed during the purchase process are due as soon as the contract has been entered, following the receipt of the acceptance mail from Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH. In the case of an improper payment by credit card (via PayPal), the consumer can cancel the payment.

The Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH retains the proprietorship of the goods until the total costs have been fully paid. In the case of a default in payment (even partly), the Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH is entitled to reclaim the goods.
