You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. In the case of a contract consisting of several separately-delivered goods that you ordered as part of a single purchase order, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier) take possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH, Dorfstrasse 46, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, info@sca-shop.at, +43 5446 2796) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments we received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from you choosing a different delivery method over the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the notification that you are withdrawing from this contract. We use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless we explicitly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. 

We may refuse to pay the refund until the goods have been returned to us, or until you have provided evidence that you have shipped the goods back, whichever comes first. 

You must ship back or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods within 14 days. 

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

You have the right to examine the quality, characteristics and functioning of the ordered goods in a manner that corresponds to a purchase at a regular shop. However, this does not include the use of the goods. You only need to refund a possible loss in value if this loss in value results from a handling unnecessary for the examination of the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
